Our Services

Our onsite manager partners are appointed to look after the day-to-day operation of your food facility, and attend to everything required for the management of a food business including ordering food, rostering staff, bookwork and banking. Our managers have training on or before commencement, and ongoing support from our Territory Managers, who will also regularly contact you to ensure your needs and expectations are being met.

Online ordering is also available as part of our scope, and is organised by us with approved third party providers. We also offer card and cash payments as to not polarise any of the community within your establishment. In addition, we have a number of other options available including excursion packs, fundraising and take-home meals. We understand the need for the catering of special dietary requirements, e.g. gluten free, nut free, vegetarian, etc. We can also provide onsite catering for any meetings or events you might hold.

Our H&H Canteens business is designed for ease of use for all involved. Our plan is for you to know that you can leave us to do what we do best, both in partnership with you and naturally as a team. We believe life is complex enough, so let us help you to keep your food operation simple.

This is our principal business model, providing food services for canteens and tuckshops. Please contact us on how we can help you take the pressure off running your canteen.

Drop us a line or send us an email. Our General Manager will have a friendly chat with you about your school, its current canteen operation, and your requirements.

Step 2 - Proposal

We’ll prepare a proposal and send this through for you to review. One of our team members will then follow up with you to arrange a time to meet and discuss in person, and visit the canteen facility.

Step 3 - Let's Get Started!

Once you sign the dotted lines, we'll find and introduce you to the best-fit canteen manager to run your school canteen operation, freeing up your time and reducing your stress.

Frequently Asked Questions

A. We can provide for gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, low fat, low GI, allergen free and Halal. If anyone at any time has something specific they need only to discuss with our canteen manager to have their needs catered for.

A. We like to have at least four weeks to prepare but the process can be sped up to meet deadlines.

A. We will provide all equipment for the site if the necessary equipment is not currently onsite (excluding fixed items).  All we ask is that you provide for any connections that might be required.
A. No. In most instances we will pay you!

A. We follow the guidelines that you want to follow. The guidelines are just that, guidelines. If you want a green menu, we will provide this. If you would prefer a café style menu, giving all your staff and students a broader choice with their on-site food experience, then we can do this too.

A. We have a number of service options available to suit different sized companies so please contact us for more information.

A. Indeed we can! We have partnered with Bake with Faith so we have delicious cookie mix boxes available for your fundraising activities.

A. Currently we service Victoria, and the Gold Coast through to the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. We will soon be launching into Western Australia, but please contact us, regardless of what state you are in, as we would be happy to assist in finding the right solution for you.
